General information for Application
電解電容器使用須知
1) Non-polar and bi-polar capacitor, it can be used on both AC and DC circuits.
2) If unclear or unknown of polarity of circuit indication. Non-polar capacitor is recommended to be used.
如果電路與極性標示的不清楚或者不知道,建議使用
3) Capacitors should not be used at the environmental temperature which exceeding the range of specified operating temperature.
不可把電容器使用於超過規定的工作環境溫度範
4) Capacitors should be stored in cold and dry places.

5) Re-aging process with rated voltage must be taken prior to use capacitor, if it was long time stored.
電容器如果長時間儲存,使用前須先以額定電壓充電處理,才可以使用電容器 .
6) Capacitors are not suitable operating with sudden charge and discharge are frequently repeated.

7) Capacitors are not suitable to operate at the current value which over the permissible ripple range, if high ripple is required please contact us with details.

9) Protection for inside construction of capacitor, if over pull or excessive force to lead wire/terminal which is not permitted, which is subjected on JIS C-5102 ,IEC384.
本產品端子引線拉力及彎曲強度依 JIS C-5102 , IEC384之規定值以內使用,以免電容器內部受機械性 損壞.
10) Soldering irons should be kept away from the vinyl insulation sleeve of capacitor which to avoid the cause made over heat or break down to sleeve.
使用烙鐵時需遠離電容器本體,以免烙鐵所產生的熱會使電容器絕緣套管因溫度過高變形或破裂 .
11) If capacitor through dip soldering process, which soldering temperature should never be permitted over 260℃ for 10 second of soldering time.
如果電容器經過錫爐焊接過程(方法), 焊接溫度絕不允許超過 260℃,浸入時間請勿超過10秒鐘,以免 電容器
內部過熱而受損.
12) Protection for sleeve, marking and sealing materials on capacitor body will not be damaged, which should never be washed or cleaned by halogens agents or solvents such as trichloroethene, Xylene or acetone etc.
對於電容器套管與標示密封材料的保護, 不可使用如: 三 理 .
13) Case diameters of 8mm and larger for Radial type are designed with case venting, and case diameters of 8mm and larger for Axial type are designed with safety vent on rubber bung.
